Quantity : 15 waffles / Preparation : 20 mn / resting time : 1h
Utensils :
- An electric mixer or a pastry robot
- A bowl
- A spatula
- A sieve
- Waffle Iron
Ingredients :
- 500g flour (preferably T45)
- 200g soft butter
- 40 g of sugar
- 9g baker's yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Granulated sugar (optional)
Instructions :
1. In the bowl, add the milk (warm) and the yeast and mix
2. Add sifted flour, sugar and eggs
3. Blend with the electric mixer for a few minutes
4. Add the softened butter in pieces and the salt
5. Knead for a few minutes
6. Gather the dough in the middle of the bowl (which will be a bit sticky), cover and leave to rest for 45mn/1h
7. Make small balls and place them on baking paper
8. Add the granulated sugar
9. Leave to rest for ten minutes
10. Bake in the waffle iron
All that's left to do is taste !
