Your Panna Cotta recipe sounds absolutely delightful! There's something so satisfying about creating a creamy dessert from scratch, and your instructions make it seem so easy. I love that you've included options for adding different fruit coulis or melted chocolate for extra flavor; sounds like a perfect way to customize this classic treat. Thanks for sharing this simple yet delicious recipe, I can't wait to try it :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there supposed to be a layer of fruit ? like a strawberry purée for exemple ? Maybe that's a variation -I'll have to check it out- but thank you anyway ! I hope I can make a vegetarian version of this, since I can't eat gelatin.
